eBay launches new plan to help companies grow their online business!

Recently, eBay launched a program called "My business 24/7 on eBay", which will be implemented first in Colombia. The program allows companies to open stores on the eBay platform for free, and the platform will ensure that convenience is provided to companies to help export products.

It is reported that the program was initially launched in other Latin American countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico and Brazil with the aim of accelerating the export process and serving as a sales option channel to keep businesses alive during the epidemic.

Ilya Kretov, general manager of eBay's global emerging markets, said that over the past 25 years, eBay has helped hundreds of thousands of businesses around the world to conduct online business. Now due to the rebound of the epidemic, eBay has launched this program, which will enable Colombian businesses to quickly set up online stores and reach up to 159 million eBay buyers in 190 markets.

Ilya Kretov also added that Colombia is a very important market for eBay with huge development potential, with thousands of active sellers currently exporting. eBay's business is built on connecting buyers and sellers around the world to create economic development opportunities.

It is understood that eBay will invest about $1 billion in the "My business 24/7 on eBay" program. Merchants who want to participate need to fill out an application form to apply. Participating merchants will have the opportunity to access the following benefits:

Business development plan : Companies that export more than 100 products can apply;

Personal Manager Services : Businesses will have access to a personal manager who will help them export their products on eBay in the most efficient way .

Training program : Merchants will participate in a dedicated training program to understand the features of the platform and the operational details of the entire process from account creation to uploading inventory to communicating with buyers;

Higher Sales Limits : Increase the number of ads you are entitled to run at no additional cost to grow your business faster.
