By then, you can check the abnormal status of your domestic return through the merchant backend (such as the return address of the package is missing, wrong or unrecognizable, the contact number is wrong or missing, etc.), and modify the information for orders with abnormal return information. Please pay attention to the abnormal information in your store backend in time, and modify it in time after discovering the abnormal information.

After receiving your updated information, the logistics company will handle the package correctly as soon as possible. If you do not update the address within one month after the abnormal return package is generated, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily waived all rights to the package , and Cainiao and its related logistics companies will dispose of the package as unclaimed property .

2. If you find that the return address needs to be updated during the return of the package , you can also contact Cainiao customer service to modify the corresponding return order (there is no guarantee that the package that is already in transit can be intercepted and returned to the new address). At the same time, please be sure to maintain the new return address in the merchant backend to avoid the subsequent logistics orders that still have the wrong return address .

Merchants, please make sure to check whether there is a return address with the country "China " and the language "Chinese" in your return address . If not, please add the address . If there is already such an address, please confirm whether the content of the address is detailed and correct . You can focus on the following items:

1. The country is "China" and the language is "Chinese"

2. The "Detailed Address" column must be filled in Chinese (do not use pinyin or English description)

3. In the "Detailed Address" column, please fill in the address at the smallest level, accurate to the unit and building number.

4. Keep the accurate phone number in the "Phone" column. If there is a subsequent update, please update the system phone number in time.
