China's cross-border e-commerce exports exceed 6 trillion! Shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce continues to lead

Recently, according to a report released by the E-commerce Research Center of the China Internet Network Information Center, the scale of China's cross-border e-commerce market exceeded 6 trillion yuan in 2021, and cross-border e-commerce exports accounted for 77%, which is still a large proportion. The transaction scale of China's cross-border e-commerce market accounts for about 33% of the total value of China's imports and exports of goods. This figure is expected to expand to 40%, and the scale of the cross-border market is expected to approach 1.5 billion yuan this year .

This year's cross-border e-commerce market has not been smooth sailing. When everyone thought that the account blocking and related wave had gradually receded, new account blocking incidents appeared again, which inevitably made many people question the cross-border e-commerce industry. However, under the "severe situation", the cross-border e-commerce market still maintained a high growth in the first half of the year. In addition, there are still many people who choose to join the cross-border e-commerce industry. The market is highly liquid, some people leave, some stay, and some come. The cross-border e-commerce market is undergoing a new round of "blood transfusion". However, there are always some "leaders" of old e-commerce companies who are not surprised by the changes.

As a gathering place for cross-border e-commerce, Shenzhen has many well-known cross-border enterprises and has always been at the forefront of the development of cross-border e-commerce in the country. Two days ago, according to Shenzhen Customs, in the first half of this year, the value of cross-border e-commerce in Shenzhen exceeded last year's total, reaching more than 100 billion yuan, continuing to lead the country. The export of electronic equipment such as smart phones, computers, as well as household appliances and clothing continued to grow. It is reported that since this year, Shenzhen Customs has implemented a series of measures to ensure the efficiency of goods in export and provide convenience for the export of cross-border e-commerce companies.

In fact, this year the country has also introduced a number of policies for the e-commerce market, and has mentioned topics about cross-border e-commerce in many important meetings, such as strengthening the construction of overseas warehouses and B2B export pilot supervision. As an important part of national trade, cross-border e-commerce will be more protected. The cross-border e-commerce industry may still face difficulties in the future, but overall, the overall trend is still upward.
