• Furniture items will be delivered to third parties by the delivery service provider during business hours on weekdays. Once ready for delivery, a local delivery carrier representative will contact you directly to arrange a time that suits your piece for delivery.
• A local carrier agent representative will assist in moving and placing the items in the required space in your home (no more than one flight of stairs) and will remove all packaging. Prior to your appointment, please ensure that the sidewalks and the area where you would like to place your items are clear. The delivery agent may not move existing furniture to make room for new items. They also cannot remove unwanted furniture or make any modifications to your home.
