Shopee store data analysis: These factors cannot be ignored!

Shopee store data analysis: These factors cannot be ignored!

Shopee sellers are no exception. Only by clarifying their own operating costs can they estimate the appropriate sales price and then achieve their profit targets.

However, Shopee sellers should also note that when operating a store, they must consider different costs when encountering different situations.

For example, if you run a store part-time, in addition to the purchase cost of the goods, you also need to consider the express delivery cost, packaging cost, return cost, promotion cost, exchange rate loss and your own time cost.

If you are operating a company-owned store, you also need to consider hidden costs, including tax costs, labor costs, site costs, water and electricity costs, depreciation, etc.

In addition to operating costs, the order volume is also closely related to the store's profits. What if the order volume is too small?

Sellers can optimize some store data, such as product selection, title, price, order incomplete rate, etc.

First of all, sellers need to consider whether their products meet the needs of consumers in the Southeast Asian market. If the sales volume of this product in the entire market is relatively low, they should consider changing the direction of product selection.

Secondly, you can look at the title of the product. If the title contains popular keywords related to the product being sold, buyers will be more likely to see the product, thereby increasing the chances of entering the store and purchasing it .

Sellers also need to consider whether the price of the product is competitive. For goods in the same category, if the store’s products do not have a unique selling point that distinguishes them from other goods, they can only make concessions on price.

In addition, the order uncompleted rate will also affect the store data. Generally speaking, there are three main factors that cause uncompleted orders

One is that there is insufficient inventory and the seller cannot ship the goods ;

Second, the price is set incorrectly, and the seller loses too much money on shipping, so they refuse to ship ;

Third, the buyer requests a refund or return due to product quality issues or the seller's wrong delivery, missing delivery, or damaged products.

Of course, there are other uncertain factors that cause orders to not be completed. If this happens frequently, the seller should analyze it more and then take appropriate measures.
