The Label Life aims to provide an immersive online shopping experience to its users, who are typically women aged between 23-45. The company claims that more than 75% of its customers are urban working women. The Label Life offers brands backed by Bollywood actresses Sussanne Khan, Malaika Arora, Bipasha Basu and others. Mithun Sacheti (co-founder of CaratLane) and Haresh Chawla (partner of True North) are also investors in the company.

Historical Origins

The Label Life's e-commerce platforms are relatively scattered, and the platforms they cooperate with different Bollywood stars are also different. For example, The Closet Label cooperates with Malaika Arora Khan, The Home Label cooperates with Sussanne Khan, and The Trunk Label cooperates with Bipasha Basu. However, at present, in order to provide a better e-commerce user experience, The Label Life has integrated these three platforms into one platform "The Label Life.com", and the business traffic of the new platform has also stabilized last year.

In December 2017, The Label Life completed a $3.1 million equity financing from private equity firm Kalpavriksh.
