-In 2000, VTEX was established;

-In 2005, we had our first SaaS e-commerce customer;

-In 2007, VTEX became the e-commerce platform supplier for Walmart Brazil;

-In 2010, VTEX launched the business package;

-2012, Naspers financing + global expansion;

- In 2015, Riverwood acquired a stake in Nasper;

-In 2019, VTEX received an investment of US$140 million from SoftBank, Constellation and Gávea;

-In 2020, VTEX raised $225 million, received a valuation of $1.7 billion, and opened an office in Singapore;

-In 2021, VTEX acquired Workarea and Suiteshare and successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
