About Koio Collective

• Chris Wichert and Johannes Quodt, founders of Koio Collective, graduated from Wharton School of Business. Like many young consumers, the two founders wanted to find a pair of minimalist high-quality sneakers. However, the high prices of traditional luxury brands made them dare not even step into the store. After the founders experienced dozens of trips to Italian factories, the light luxury sports shoes Koio was born, aiming to create the best sports shoes in the world with first-class craftsmanship.
• Koio has established an entire production line in Italy, cooperating with a factory that specializes in producing for high-end brands such as Chanel, and has complete control over everything from supply chain to production. Each pair of shoes takes 3-4 hours and is made of Italian calfskin. From leather, soles, to laces, and even shoe boxes, all parts are from Italy.

A: Items from the Labels We Love collection are shipped separately from Koio products, so if you order Koio products and items from the Labels We Love collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number from Koio and the other supplier.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?

A: Returns are free and we will send you a prepaid shipping label after you place your return request. Please note: If you choose to return all items in your "Try Before You Buy" order, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee to cover cleaning and repackaging costs.
