Q : How do I log in to my PayToo wallet?

A : In order to log in, you can use your email address, your registered phone number, your wallet number or your SIM phone number and then you will need to enter your password.

Q : How do I reset my password?

A : You can reset your password by clicking Sign In and then clicking "Forgot Password".

Q : How do I add my bank account?

A : You can add your bank account by going into your PayToo settings and selecting "Bank Accounts". You will need to provide a color copy of your check (name and address must be on the check and visible in color on all four corners) or submit a copy of your online bank statement within the past 3 months. (Must be visible in color on all four corners name and address must match PayToo wallet). International bank transfers take 7 to 10 business days and domestic transfers take 3 to 5 business days to process to your bank account; weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
