Too arrogant! A domestic Amazon copycat dared to blackmail the original seller

Nowadays, there are even many people who follow others in selling things and do not feel ashamed of it. Instead, they take pride in it and go further and further on the road of following others in selling things.

Ordinary sellers, on the other hand, are suffering. Not only are their sales severely affected, but they also have no effective means of countering. If they are not careful when trying to copy other sellers, they may even be judged as abusing their brand, which can lead to even more serious losses.

This situation has also indirectly encouraged the arrogance of the sellers who follow the sellers. Some people even dared to blackmail the original sellers, saying that if the original sellers are not paid money to resolve the issue, they will continue to follow the sellers.

Recently, a seller reported that he received an email from a follower seller, which said: Give me $1,000. If you don’t, I will continue to follow you and the price will be very low.

In short, what this letter wants to express is that if you don’t pay, they will keep selling the products and make life difficult for the seller.

According to the seller, he had already registered his brand with Amazon and didn’t know why this happened. Since he discovered that his product was copied last week, the seller has contacted Amazon no less than 20 times, but the issue has not been resolved.

After investigation, the seller found that the company that was selling the same product as him was called Zhijiangshihuandian Trading Co., Ltd., and the address information showed that the company seemed to be located in Bengshan District, Bengbu City (transliteration).

This incident was first exposed in the seller circle in the United States. Many sellers recognized that this seemed to be Chinese pinyin, and they all believed that this was another act of Chinese sellers disrupting the market.

One Chinese seller left a message saying: "Indeed, there are indeed many sellers in China who violate the rules. Most of them are concentrated in Shenzhen. It is said that they can make more than one million US dollars a year just by extortion. We Chinese sellers have suffered from them for a long time."

Some people also left a message saying: "Amazon will not provide any help in this situation, you can only figure it out on your own."

Some sellers believe that when faced with this situation, there is no better way except to make a transparent plan. It is best to apply for it before the new product is shipped, and then label it before shipping.

As the holiday season approaches, domestic sellers must also be careful to protect themselves and avoid being copied by others, which may affect their accounts and brands.
