Digital business reaches $3 billion, and Bed Bath & Beyond in the United States is developing rapidly

Recently, the US e-commerce platform Bed Bath & Beyond said that in order to drive rapid growth in its $3 billion digital business, it is appointing new leaders to update the modern inventory management system while strengthening the digitalization process.

Pavlovich, the newly appointed senior vice president of digital commerce , will be responsible for leading digital marketing and operations, continuously improving consumers' digital shopping experience to drive sellers' growth around the clock. It is reported that Pavlovich has more than 15 years of omni-channel sales experience and has also served as Wayfair 's general manager and head of exclusive brands and products. He was responsible for the development and launch of more than 90 exclusive brands to expand the product portfolio and increase revenue.

Griffith , vice president of product management, will be responsible for developing new digital capabilities for the company and overseeing all stages of the product life cycle. In addition, she will help increase the speed and execution of growth plans to create new and attractive end-to-end digital experiences. Griffith has more than 15 years of strategic retail experience and has worked at platforms such as Walmart and Amazon.

Bed Bath & Beyond said it hopes to bring rapid growth to its $3 billion digital business through the all-around strategy of adding a new digital leader , and also hopes that these two leaders can spread omni-channel retail expertise.

In addition to promoting digital innovation, Bed Bath & Beyond has also selected a new partner, RELEX Solutions, for its inventory management, which is another change following the $250 million technology transformation. It is reported that RELEX Solutions will provide technology solutions that can drive modernization and improve the efficiency of the company's inventory management system to support its store network and distribution centers. It can also provide automated forecasting, replenishment and allocation plans based on a cloud-based technology platform to improve the company's inventory status and inventory turnover, and improve customer experience while driving sales and increasing gross profit margins.

As an American furniture chain store, Bed Bath & Beyond has stores in the United States, Canada, Mexico, etc. In 2020, when the epidemic brought new development to e-commerce, Bed Bath & Beyond vigorously shifted its offline business to online, which also led to the growth of its sales and the new development of its online business. Whether this e-commerce strategy will be successful, we still need to wait and see the subsequent development of Bed Bath & Beyond.
