Q: Why don’t eBay orders show up on Amazon?

A: Until the seller has paid in full, the order will not appear in JoeLister and therefore will not be shipped to Amazon.

If there is no eBay order displayed on Amazon, please check the payment status of the product first. In addition, to reduce the situation where orders paid on eBay appear as duplicate sales on Amazon, sellers should make sure that the seller policy is set to "require immediate payment" in JOELISTER_PAYMENT_PROFILE.

If the buyer has paid in full but the order still does not appear on Amazon after a few hours on JoeLister, the seller can send the following message to customer service:

1. JoeLister account email address;

eBay product ID

3. Screenshot of payment completed;

4. The URL of the order page on eBay, so JoeLister can extract the transaction ID from it.
