Lookbook is a website for street photos of foreign fashionistas and a gathering place for fashion lovers from all over the world.

About Lookbook

Lookbook was launched in April 2008 by a 24-year-old California couple, Yuri Lee and Jason Su. Within a year and a half, 60,000 people joined the site. Although it has not been able to seize control of fashion from LVMH, it has become an indisputable SHRN (So Hot Right Now).

Lookbook claims to have a user base of over 50,000 members and over 1 million unique hits per month.

User Groups

Most of the uploaders on Lookbook are 18 years old, and occasionally there are some fashion lovers in their 20s. They upload their street photos on the Lookbook platform and share their own clothing matching experience. Moreover, the wardrobes of these precocious young people are full of American Apparel (AA) clothing, and they have dreams in their hearts.

In the beginning, the registration requirement on Lookbook was to get an invitation from a moderator or a member to verify the registration, which meant that if you wanted to join this circle, you had to go through the backdoor.
