Founded in April 1982, BC Card (Korean: 비씨카드) is a South Korean financial services company headquartered in Seoul. It has now grown into the largest credit card company in South Korea with the largest market share.

About BC Card

• BC Card has 11 member banks (including Woori, Asiana, Shinhan, Enterprise, SC First Bank and other major commercial banks in South Korea), providing comprehensive services such as card issuance, acquiring, risk and customer relationship management, product and service development, marketing, etc. By the end of 2010, the number of cards issued in South Korea reached more than 54 million, and more than 9,000 bank card products have been launched.

• In the Korean market, BC Card Korea has the top bank card brand, the largest merchant network, and the most advanced bank card operation management. BC Card Korea has built a common bank card brand for member banks - "BCcard", recruited and operated nationwide merchants for member banks, and provided unified bank card operation management services.

• BC Card has offices in both China and Indonesia. BC Card has the largest merchant network in Korea and provides full-cycle acquiring services from merchant processing of sales data to clearing and settlement. By using its acquiring services, member banks reduce operating and processing costs through economies of scale.

1. Products include debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, corporate cards, e-commerce cards, mobile payment cards, government subsidy cards, contact and contactless IC chip cards.
