Q: Why do I get a message saying "There is an abnormality in my account and I cannot place an order"? A: The system will automatically block (customer service has no right to unblock) the following behaviors, including (but not limited to): i) those who have made false transactions (fabricated orders that do not exist in real transactions); ii) those who have placed orders maliciously; Q: What does overtime compensation mean? A: The overtime compensation model means that the merchant promises a delivery time and a discount, which is calculated from the time the user places the order. If the takeaway is delivered after the promised time, the takeaway will be charged at the discounted price. Due to bad weather, long cooking time for certain foods, or other factors, the merchant will selectively extend the promised time or not make a promise. Pre-orders are not included in the overtime compensation. Q: Are there any restrictions on the use of member red envelopes?
