How to use

1. First, add the social media platforms you want to monitor. The app allows you to add up to 10 platforms.

2. On the dashboard, turn on the "Listening" option and click "Create a New Search."

3. Next, create a name for your search and enter the keywords you want to search for, then click Create This Search.

4. The search results are displayed on the left side of the Listen tab. Click the comment you want to view. The user's detailed information will then be displayed on the right side.

5. Click "Expand" to view previous conversations with this user so that you can get some relevant information before replying.
